I am wanting to get an estimate for what it would cost to add to the back of my house. I am wanting to go 15 to 20 feet out from the back of my house and then take that the whole length of my house. and then maybe split that room into 3 rooms. my house is a bi-level house 3 years old.

I have plans and permits to add a two-story 18 x 26 ft addition to the back of my home. A small bathroom addition will be replaced with the new structure so plumbing is already accessible.
